this adorable cup came with a bunch of goodies which i wasn’t expecting! an organic sponge made from coconut husk (if i remember correctly) to wash the cup, a rubber ring for the cap which makes the cup spill proof plus some spares. the cup itself is super stylish, i bought the pink one and i am honestly in love with it. the design is so nice and i loved the packaging. i did buy the smaller size because i rarely get the chance to finish all of my drink (i’m a stem student in university) and it works just fine for me. it’s easy to hold and carry with you. i’ve stored it upright in a backpack and even when it tilted over 90 degrees it hasn’t leaked. the only catch is the lack of insulation on this cup :( i found it only keeps my coffee warm for about 2 hours, and tea from boiling hot water about 3. to me this is personally a major downside, especially if you are a busy person. if you’re someone who sits at a desk or has access to their drink at all times, then this shouldn’t bother you as you can easily refill / by the time you finish your drink it wouldn’t have gone cold anyways ! all in all, still a lovely cup, but for the lack of insulation the amount of warmth it holds is still quite impressive. i will be keeping the cup and continuing to use it regardless, since it helps prevent waste and looks amazing !

The cup is good. Ideal for what I wanted. It's not leakproof but it's easy to drink from. It fits In car cup holders and looks pretty. The free sponge it came with was a nice surprise too. I have been very impressed with it. It has lasted way longer than the usual cheap ones we get from the super market. They are obviously a lot more expensive but I think in the long run it would work out better because they last so much longer

This cup is great for the car/desk use. It holds the heat really well and has a larger volume than most which is what I really wanted. It has a soft bottom and sits in the car holder well with no movement. The top seal is enough to stop slopping but would not be leak proof. It is light weight and looks good.

Two years on I still adore my stylish yellow cup. So practical and well designed it looks and works as well as the day I bought it. This chic yellow cup is my constant companion. Its bright colour means it's easy to spot and grab. holds a good amount of liquid and cleans beautifully in the dishwasher. I bought another for my sister who is equally pleased. Though not designed for this purpose the liftable section of the lid makes a pretty good seal on the drinking hole and it will (if stored upright) stop leaks from the cup when half full or less. I unfortunately lost this part recently when giving the cup an extra good clean. I contacted the company to see if I could buy the replacement part and Alex kindly sent me along another for free. I’d been searching high and low for a reusable travel cup that ticked all the boxes. I’ve always used travel cups made from plastic or the metal style ones but the plastic ones either only kept my drink warm for 30 mins or so or made the drink taste funny or the metal ones would keep my drink too hot and would still be hot by lunchtime defeating the object of being able to enjoy a hot drink during my commute to the office. This cup though is perfect! It appears to be double walled so keeps my drink hot for at least 60-90 mins, doesn’t affect the taste of the drink, no need for a sleeve as although you can feel the warmth of the drink on the outside of the cup, it doesn’t burn your hand. It’s easy to clean, nice to drink out of and I love that it has a Matt finish which means scratches are less likely to show. I was worried that the handle that forms the seal to the opening would flip back on my face when drinking but it stays put and it fits in my drink holder in the car. I purchased the larger size which won’t fit in all car cup holders due to the height of it if you’ve got a cup holder underneath your radio console panel, something to bare in mind. So glad I found this cup!

Looks and feels great. Was hoping for this to be my go to mug. Unfortunately, it's leaky. The seal ring in the lid keeps coming loose and it's a hassle to keep pushing it back in place. The bottom of the mug often feels slightly moist as well, likely due to condensation and I'm worried it will leave stains on surfaces. Disappointing.

I am extremely picky about my drinkware but I am obsessed with this guy. It’s perfect. Keeps things properly insulated for hours, easy to hold, and has endured a lot of abuse at my hands! Wish they had this guy in a larger size. I find myself using this more than my water bottle because it’s so easy to drink from. 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely love this cup! The color is like a dusty grainy pink. It’s very soft and cute (the color). I’ve put boiling water in this cup and touched it after maybe 3 mins and it was a bit warm but I could grab it and walk to the car. It holds the perfect amount of tea (my drink of choice) and keeps it warm for about 2.5 hrs, in my experience. I also got these stickers to decorate and they stick like glue! I was worried that they wouldn’t. They haven’t budged and I wash this cup every day. Now I don’t submerge it in water but I have cleaned it and rinsed it with water and soap and the stickers like fine. Oh, I only use one teabag and I enjoy the strength that I get in this size cup. I also drink herbal tea, if that helps at all. Oh oh, I have had this cup lean almost upside down, and with the top lid on, it hasn’t leaked a drip! Kay, I think that’s everything you need to know to gon head buy this cup!

Stays hot much longer than my old ones. Haven't had any leaking, even when I let the tea bag string out. I think others might not have the top on right, or maybe they had liquid stuck in the threads. Mine did drip a little like the videos when that happened to me once. I got it cleaned out and it was fine.
