This product is very functional, I really like the locking mechanism and the release button for drinking, make me feel the risk of leaking is low. I can often be out for hours and find it really does keep my drink hot and it's size is compact enough it fits in my bag pockets really nicely. Beautiful travel mug in a gorgeous colour that holds two normal sized cups of drink. Stays warm or cold for hours! Easy to drink from, and no spillages at all in the meantime. You can throw it around and there’s no spillage. Just a real shame that the cup isn't dishwasher safe, the colour comes off if you put it through the dishwasher. Also have to be careful to not scratch the cup part. The top can be clicked open and put into the dishwasher to clean it. Would like the cup to be as robust and durable as the lid.

This flask is brilliant. I’ve had a different Contigo flask in the past which was also good but the base was too wide and didn’t fit in any of the cars cup holders that I have driven. Keeps hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for hours. (I take an iced latte to work in the morning, if I drink it within a couple hours there is still ice in the flask when I return home 10 hours after making) Perfect size - fits in all cup holders I have found. Opening and locking mechanism for the lid are good, never had a spill. The only small problem I have is cleaning inside the lid but that is a common problem with all flasks of this type.

Like many modern travel mugs this one keeps drinks very hot for a long time. But for me the major advantage of this design is having to push the button to open the drink flow. This means that it's absolutely spill proof because you just can't forget to close it. And then the lock means that you can make it even more secure if you won't be drinking for a while. In addition to this, it's quite clever the way you can open the mechanism to clean the lid and that it's dishwasher friendly. Fully recommended

I bought this Contigo bottle in orange and dark purple. I've been looking for a good travel mug that would keep my tea warm. I actually did a test by filling it with hot tea in the morning, I had actually left it in the vehicle well over eight hours. And it was still pretty warm at that point. Left it another couple of hours and it was still a little warm. Totally drinkable. Not even cold after all of that time. I can't believe how long it lasted! Does not leak at all. Well made. Would recommend for sure!!

I lost my original tea mug, so I ordered a new Contigo mug; same features as my list mug. Seams to be made cheaper than my old one BUT it does function the same. Keeps my tea just as hot. And I live the color!
